New t show Eric, one of the main characters is a black gay dude , those things are even major parts of narrative and plot. And guess what, that show, atleast 3episodes I saw, are fire, it’s a good show. Put a chick in it, make it gay, fine. Just don’t make it lame.

Is it getting review bombed? YES, absolutely, people are constantly spamming negative reviews without seeing it and most complaints are just the same parroted anti woke stuff. Is the show good? Ehh, not really so far. Pretty mediocre and barely any interesting characters and I don't fault people for disliking it (Those that tried to see it and didn't get into it), nor do I think the producers and writers are anywhere near as creative or clever as they think they are and they pick the worst ways to promote the show. Both of these things are true. The show isn't anything special thus far, but the people set out to hate it and are going about it in bad faith. A fed up audience just doesn't show up for next time, they got better things to do than engage with media that's not of their interest, haters won't shut up about it and try to paint anyone enjoying the show as a shill or liar, this is bad and doesn't help media criticism at all, it teaches the wrong lesson to everyone.

I think this position is fine if you're creating an original work. After all, you are the sole creator of that setting, you can make that world and its characters how you like. But if you are adding to an existing franchise, a world that already has established characters, lore, and history; take caution. That world is not yours - you are adding to it, not redefining it.

watching yoda (and hearing frank oz) explain the force literally gave me goosebumps and brought a tear to my eye. that is the magic and wonder of star wars, which disney does not understand.

I don't care for anything made by Disney in years. If anything, I find it hilarious that those scarecrows of actors keep believing they will be the next big thing, that they will become the face of Star Wars. How did that went to everyone before them? Who has seen any of them doing anything interesting, or even working once their tenure ended? They got used for the message, it didn't work, and were promptly thrown away. Yet, this people keep believing they will make it work. In the quote of some pirate: the definition of insanity.

Funny they say it was a fire when there was hardly a presence of fire. No one was burnt. And how many times must they say witches? And why not some cool name just witches, so generic. I don’t really get a sense of the republic being at a high point. As star track becomes less cheesy and campy star was is moving in that direction with these boring and generic stories and characters. It’s like I’m watching a space channel quality production.

I agree the show isn’t very good. I can see some good potential, like the witch coven has been lying to the kids, but the Jedi killed the entire coven so they could get OSHA and maybe Mae. They’re just not executing it well. The first three minutes of this video were self indulgent bullshit. The witch ceremony/exposition wasn’t good, but showing more of Ricky Gervais laughing at something else than is shown of what you’re trying to make fun of is just twaddle.

i bet they thought they would see alot of cosplayers do that chant at conventions somewhere.. well sure.. you can probably find 5 or so wierdoes do that at a couple of random conventions..

This show is like The Last Jedi. It is about political intrigue and in particular the politics of feminism and has nothing to do with Star Wars.

Why would their "high priestess" or whatever the fuck she is give them a bunch of information they already know? Exposition dump in that format is a writing/screenplay 101 no-no. Thiis is junior high fan fiction level writing.
